Rice Water Polisher Introduction
MPGW series rice polishing machine is a new generation of product that is developed with introduced international advanced technology in combination of the real conditions of China, structure and technical data of which are optimized for many times to make it take the leading place in the polishing technology with considerable effect, bright and clean and shining rice surface and low broken rice rate an d can completely meet the users' requirements of producing non-washing high-finished rice (also called crystalline rice), non-washing high-clean rice (also called pearl rice) and non-washing coating rice (also called pearly-luster rice) and effectively improve the quality of the old rice.
This series rice polishing machines adopt the technology of super-dense spraying water polishing, with which rotation of a smooth iron roller causes the friction heat and combing action of water and heat make the starch on the rice surface become a gelatinous layer that makes rice surface sparkling, crystal-clear and transparent so that grade and commercial value of the rice are raised. The gelatinous layer can also improve the anti-oxidation capability of t he rice and make it have longer shelf life. In addition, smooth and clean rice surface can realize non-washing purpose to make the rice lose fewer nutrient contents and have soft and good taste so that practical value of the rice is raised.
This machine can operates with rice mill unit and independently operates for deep processing of the rice.
